Ed specializes in working 1-1 with campus principals and their teams to build master schedules that prioritize programming based on a campus’ particular needs and goals. Let Ed bring 40 years of expertise, experience, and knowledge to your campus and work individually with you and your team to build the best master schedule you have ever experienced.

• Academic Success for ALL students. This is a top priority of campus principals and their teams. From the limited English proficient student and students who experience learning challenges, to the brightest and most academically capable students, you know that your master schedule itself and the process you use is not operating at its best, and you know that the master schedule is the only way to ensure academic success for your students.
• Program Implementation. You might be looking at implementing academies or smaller learning communities within your school; or, establishing math and/or reading programs for the students below grade level. Consider your students who need extra support for advanced academics, such as Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB). AVID and other programs become a vital component of equity at your campus. Or, think about your Gifted and Talented students who need specialized programming to serve their needs. Perhaps you would like to place an Advisory program at your school to provide character and leadership education for your students.
• Staff Utilization – use your existing staff in creative ways to provide extra campus supervision to increase everyone’s safety and security during school; provide instructional coaching for teachers to meet school improvement goals; and, allow staff sharing among other schools to be effective and efficient.
